Especially for something like bone marrow donation -- where many people can easily contribute, and the biggest obstacle is getting the word out. One group that's doing some similar work to Project Michelle is &lt;a href="http://www.giftoflife.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Gift of Life&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One thing you're absolutely right about: every little bit helps.
