Great article, I often use Tada List to help me keep track of some of my To Do lists, but the idea of putting things into separate contexts is really interesting. I think GTD says something about this as well.

This is one of the major problems that I run into.

I get caught up at work or whatever and end up working on everything else that isn't work. By the time I stop procrastinating I have lost 30 minutes and it takes me another 10 just to get back in the groove of things.

I think the best thing here is separating your day into different contexts. If nothing else it gives you some time to think about he different roles you play.

Yes. That's the entire point. Once you have an idea of *where* you're supposed to complete tasks, and exactly what those tasks are supposed to be then the rest is really trivial.
