Great post Lea! I completely agree. Some people believe that they'll "lose" some part of themselves if they work on branding. The analogy you made is also great, having a summary of your brand that people -get- only encourages people to dig deeper.

I think mine would end up being some combination of Quantum Leap and TechTV. Traveling around finding the "stuff" that will end up changing the world and helping to put it on the right path.

Constantly changing setting, a few main characters with a cast of changing secondaries and I can't really come up with a soundtrack but it'd probably end up being sea shanties.

My show would be non-linear iambic pentameter. The show would start with one thought and then end on the opposite or on a 90˚ angle. Characters would flow in and out, some would leave a mark, others would say nothing. The soundtrack is tonal and plays against what mood is being portrayed.

My show would begin with one idea and end with a hundred.

Interesting post on bringing in the popularity of sitcoms with our lives and businesses. Personally, I've learned more proverbial wisdom from Seinfeld than many professors I've had.
