  • I really hate the voice recognition software a lot of companies use. It always thinks I am trying to talk when I clear my throat or it hears some other background noise. Usually I just mute the phone and use the buttons, but sometimes you come across a company that has disabled the buttons, and so you must use your voice.

    That is a cool resource and I will keep this in mind for the next time I have to call support.
