I think the time aspect is a massive and very underestimated part of starting your web business.Most people assume that business on the internet is somehow easier than in the real world. It isn't, its just different but still every bit as time consuming and hard work.

I propose starting unoficially without legal stuff and other bureucracy, becuase you don't know if this will work at all. If it works and you have money, you should start company or organization etc.

I can see you covered it all pretty well, that's a good guideline for a business plan. I would have wanted it more expanded but even so things are clear for me.
