Your Competition Doesn’t Exist
Really, the best medicine? Ignore him, and ignore the whole thing. We saw the same thing happen with Dean and Perot before, this is just this season's nutty fruitcake.
Which means that he has used (or abused) the system quite well.
My biggest problem with this whole debate is the fact that both sides of the argument get so red in the face over it.
I do agree about the resentment part, but lets not get so caught up in that that we lose track of the interesting issues that a campaign of this style raises.
I do wonder whether it was mentioning Ron Paul without glowing praise that makes me "stupid," or simply raising a point that doesn't fall completely inline with other Ron Paul disciples/critics?
Freedom, at the end of the day, is what Dr. Paul is about. Yet this kind of Dead Agenting seems to fly in the face of the politics that you want to embrace.
Either way, pleasant travels and the next few months should be an interesting ride.
Either way, for what it's worth sorry for the misread.
As for the embracing politics thing, I am only assuming that you embrace what Ron Paul's platform stands for, the Libertarian precept of Freedom.
If I am wrong in that, I owe you a second apology.
As for how this entire thing will play out, we'll know soon enough. I just hope everyone calms down just a bit.
