Give only your initials and surname, avoid giving your post-code, use a secondary email address.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just because a web form has a field for your middle name doesn't mean you have to give it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Then when you get an email addressed to 'A. B.
