  • I had just learned about the google 411 service not too long ago and think it is really cool that they offer it. I try not to use 411, but inevitably their comes a time when using it outweighs the hassle of stopping to find a phone book or computer to look the number up.

    I think the Pre-Event is really important to having a good experience. It makes a huge difference going into the convention prepared, rested, and comfortable.
  • I liked that it gave me the cross street. Sometimes little things like that can really save you when you lose WiFi.
  • Also

    KNOW where the coffee is - you'll be surprised how much you'll want it. Know where the washrooms are. Ask a local. Nothing's more frustrating than being lost in a strange place.
  • Good point about the bathrooms, they are underestimated until you're five hours in and you realize that you are going to have "issues" if you don't step out and hunt one down.
  • Best tip: don't go to conferences. They are a waste of time.
  • I really love going to the conference for some reason. It is a good experienced.
  • Talking about the conferences, it always make me sick, as I need to going through endless of meetings in the daily life!
