Good Link backs are always healthy for ranking though you cant say low pr or pr0 effect your rankings when there is no harm then there is sure some advantage in even low pr link backs. Thanks for the tips.

Steve has a good point, getting listed first for generic keywords is very hard task and for most websites is next to impossiable. Although I do think a site can be redisgned and rewritten to obtaina top ten result for a generic keyword if it revelevant.

Some SEO companies use Black hat to get good ranking...that is untill google bans the site in question. Not good for long term strategies.

There are plenty of people who will swear they can do the entire thing over a weekend. (LOL)
And until now, I see many of them said like this. And I agree SEO is a slow, deliberate process and can take months to run a campaign.

Heard just about everyone's being spammed by SEO consultants these days. Suggestion I picked up was check out their Google placing. - If it isn't good or you can't find them, ask what happened to their SEO ?
